ASTRA manages a number of annual programs to advance the participation of women in the subscription television sector.
We operate these programs because women are still under-represented in senior industry roles. Addressing this gap is a priority for our members, both as a matter of principle and good business.
Our annual events include ASTRA’s flagship Women in Television Breakfast, which attracts an audience of more than 700 guests. Our other events include women’s networking breakfasts and after-works drinks, and a circle mentoring program.
While these events have been created to advance the participation of women in the sector, males are welcome to express their support by attending.
