Jacqui Feeney

Jacqui Feeney is a senior media executive renown for her work in content strategy, partnerships & negotiation. Her focus is on helping businesses evolve with changing times.

As Managing Director of Fox International Channels (FIC) in Australia and New Zealand, she oversees all aspects of the company’s operations in the region covering programming, marketing, advertising sales, finance and regulation, as well as management of affiliate partner relationships. 

FIC is 21st Century FOX’s international multi-media business. FIC develops, produces and distributes 300+ wholly- and majority-owned entertainment, sports, factual and movie channels in 45 languages across Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa.  In Australia FIC’s subscription TV portfolio includes National Geographic Channel, Nat Geo Wild, Nat Geo People,  FX, Baby TV and a selection of foreign language channels.

Prior to joining FIC, Jacqui held a range of roles at Foxtel that included launching Foxtel’s OTT service Presto, and leading Foxtel’s movie channels and transactional pay-per-view services strategy and operations.  She joined Foxtel in 2007 as lead negotiator and relationship manager for its portfolio of third party entertainment, movies, factual, news and childrens’ channels where she worked on numerous content & product developments across IPTV, Mobile, TVOD, Catch-Up, HD, 3D and Day&Date releasing.  

Jacqui’s media career includes working for organisations such as World Movies Channel, Screen NSW, BBC London and ABC Television.

Jacqui has held a range of board responsibilities - she was a director and president of the Sydney Film Festival and has held subscription TV directorships for Nickelodeon and XYZ. She is currently on the board of ASTRA and the Documentary Australia Foundation that recently partnered to bring the inaugural Good Pitch2 event to Sydney.
