Mark Buckman is Managing Director, Customer & Retail at FOXTEL where he oversees Sales, Service, Customer Experience, Digital and Marketing across Australia, South Africa and the Philippines. He is committed to championing innovation, and providing inspiring and exclusive programming to deliver an outstanding customer experience to all FOXTEL customers.
Mark has extensive consumer, media and marketing experience leading teams having held senior positions at Telstra and the Commonwealth Bank, including as Chief Marketing Officer & Executive Director Digital Media & IPTV; Group Managing Director, Media & Marketing; and Chief Marketing Officer. Mark has also served on boards for a number of highly regarded media and regulatory organisations including Chief Entertainment, AANA, ADMA and Telstra Television. Mark firmly believes that business success is an outcome of sound strategic vision and a commitment to cultural priorities.
Before joining FOXTEL, Mark was the Chief Strategy Officer for Accenture Interactive, now the world’s largest digital marketing services firm. He is a massive fan of the Roosters and the Swans; Tahs supporter and hopes that Federer will get his 18th Grand Slam.
