John O’Mahony

John O’Mahony is a Partner at Deloitte Access Economics and the author of a 2016 report commissioned by The Communications Council: Advertising Pays.

John has extensive experience in analysing industry trends, digital technology and government policy, having previously worked as Senior Economic Adviser to two Australian Prime Ministers, for the NSW Government, the Australian Financial Review, the University of Sydney, and is the co-author of two economics textbooks, Australia in the Global Economy and The Market Economy, now in their 16th editions.
