Nick Tobias started his own practice aged 22 while still studying architecture at University of NSW. Now he is one of Australia’s most revered architects and sits at the helm of his award-winning and multi-million dollar business Tobias Partners.The firm’s projects have included hospitality, retail, commercial development, office fit out, adaptive re-use, education, religious, installation, naval, modular, rural, wellbeing, and master plans. Nick has also consulted in the capacity of peer reviewer and expert in the Land & Environment Court of NSW, especially in the area of Design Excellence and contextual fit.
Nick has served as a judge for numerous design awards and appeared as a guest speaker and panelist on a wide range of topics within the fields of architecture and interior design. He also sits on a range of philanthropic boards and committees, mainly focused on the arts, culture and education areas.
