Rebecca Preuss

Rebecca has been with Viacom International for almost five years, starting her career in the publicity department before joining the production management team and finally setting her sites on digital. Her degree in Journalism allowed for a seamless transition into the online editorial team, tripling the site’s traffic in the first 18 months of her role as news writer.  In October 2015, Rebecca was promoted to the position of editor after displaying a wide range of valuable skills and strong understanding of the digital media landscape. Since she’s been at the helm, MTV.com.au saw it’s highest peak in traffic ever in November 2015 and broke the video streaming record in March 2016. Rebecca’s passion for creating successful, entertaining short form video content has lead to the digital department going from strength to strength, an exclusive brand partnership with Adidas Australia and subsequent launch of MTV Fit among other exciting new content pillars.
